Joan has finished her embroidery on paper and produced a beautiful picture of blue and yellow flowers amongst green foliage.
She has used machine embroidery to stitch the background and the flowers and then finished off the flowers with hand straight stitching and French knots.
It is wonderful and will look bright and cheery hung on her wall.
Thank you Joan.
Rachael has made a delicate little piece of woodland before the leaves appear, carpeted with bluebells and wood anemones.
Sandra has made an attractive embroidery on paper which is partially abstract. She has linked various geometric shapes in different forms, circles , squares, crosses as well as leaves that have been stamped and embroidered.
Christina has made a delightful paper collage of a wet boggy area and then hand stitched into it to add texture and focal points.
Christina has finished a second embroidered paper piece and it is totally different to her first piece being partially geometric and brightly coloured.
Denise has finished her beautiful jellyfish with long flowing tentacles using ribbon and fly stitch.
