Finished Pieces of Work

Sandra has finished her little book which has been joined together with handmade buttons and braids.

The internal pages have been embroidered by hand in neutral shades and lined with a neutral fabric with a pop of ochre. 

Ochre has been picked up to stitch the edges of the pages.

Christina has finished three beautiful pages of her Little Embroidered Work Book. 

She has used pieces of fabric and lace in the backgrounds and integrated with embroidery stitches. Seed heads have been embroidered in the foreground as highlights of the page.

The neutral palette draws all the work together.
